@ Steph -- I keeping mean to get with the book hop but something always comes up. I am helping over at win a book - west of mars right now and that is taking up a lot of my posting time.
@ kenpen -- Schatze was born like with her tail crooked. I was told that it was because she was the runt and got smooshed in the womb. It is very common with dachshunds and other longer breed, so I would guess bassetts would fall into that category as well.
I had to come see this one when it passed across my Dashboard a few minutes ago Mary. I love little daschunds and grew up with them as a child. However this is the first one seen a picture of with a I came with my tail this way photo, strange how that is a genetic thing but than again not so strange I guess!!
