MY THOUGHTS
LOVED IT
This is the perfect anthology to carry with you when you need to read something quick and easily digestible. I loved carrying books like this around with me since I can read one story at a time while I am waiting. The biggest problems with these stories is that I get so wrapped up in them, I don't hear my name called since I tend to block things out when I read and these stories will keep your attention.
My favorites were Kate Conner from Julie Kenner's Demon hunting Soccer mom series. This one has a bit of a twist since you get Allie's (Kate's daughter) point of view as well, Jessi Harden from Carrie Vaughn's Kitty series and Cassiel from Rachel Caine. There is a good mix of other characters and not all of them are the main sleuths. There are great stories from Tanya Huff, Chris Marie Green and Jackie Kessler. And don't miss the one from the editor with the mostest: Justin Gustainis with a feature of Quincey Morris. That is a new one to me and I will have to check out his books in more detail.
