This morning, I received an interesting email from a girl who is creating custom, handwritten jewelry in steel, gold, and silver - she calls it “Muse.” Given the book-loving and geek-chicness of Muse, I just had to share with you.

Muse takes iconic handwriting (Marilyn Monroe, Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde, Elvis, even J.R.R. Tolkien) and turns it into wearable, inspiring fashion. I am totally getting one. Or two. Is three too aggressive?

The best part? Say you’re a huge Hemingway fan, but she doesn’t make Hemingway pendants. Never fear! Muse can make a CUSTOM pendant for you. Plus, Muse can take Hemingway’s handwriting to create a word he might not have actually written (like your name).

Each pendant is individually printed and hand assembled by the artist in Palo Alto. Handmade and customized jewelry that doesn’t break the bank. I love it!
