REVIEW: Can You Survive the Zombie Apocalypse? by Max Brallier

Description

Inside these pages lies unspeakable horror. Bloodsplattering, brain-impaling, flesh-devouring horror. You’ve probably read your fair share of zombie stories. But this time it’s different. No longer can you sit idle as a bunch of fools make all the wrong moves. All hell is about to break loose—and YOU have a say in humanity’s survival.
You have choices to make.
Moral dilemmas.
Strategic decisions.
Weapons. Vehicles.
Will you be a hero?
Or will you cover your own ass at all costs?
Can you withstand the coming hours, days, weeks, and months? Or will you die amidst the chaos and violence of a zombie uprising?
Or, worst of all, will you become one of them?

MY THOUGHTS
LOVED IT

I was hoping that someone would put together one of these "make your own adventure" books for adults.  I have been a huge fan of these in the young adult genre for years and have never come across one for adults.  This is the most fun you can have with a book and one that will provide many hours of entertainment since I don't think anyone can ever get through all of the scenarios that can play out. You start the book with a basic story scenario and then you can pick an option to go to the next part of the story.  You continue in this fashion until you get to the end, which can literally be the end.

I received this book from the publisher at no charge in exchange for my honest review.

  1. I used to love those choose your own adventure books. There was one not too long ago that was an Austen-like one, I'll have to dig out the title.
