From The Author:
I know we all have busy lives, but it's important to me for my family to have this time together to stay connected. Yes, just cooking a meal for your family can sometimes be a chore. That's one reason why I included meals that were easy to make for the typical busy women (or man) in my cookbook. This allows us to spend more time with our families, which is one of the most important things.

You know those familiar recipes that your mom always made? Well, this new cook book has them all in one place. I was so thrilled to have the opportunity to read and use this book. I tried several recipes from this adorable cook book. My favorite is the marshmallow potatoes which I always make with ham for the holidays. I tried to recreate this one from memory and they never had the right balance of savory and sweet. This one hit that just perfectly. I think any cook would love to have this handy guide to help them with these classic recipes. The book is also the perfect size for someone just stating to cook. The guide is easy to follow and is not overwhelming.
