Calliope Reaper-Jones so just wanted a normal life: buying designer shoes on sale, dating guys from Craig's List, web-surfing for organic dim-sum for her boss... I love the snarky dialoge, but I thought that Callie was just a little too whiney. If there had been a bit of editing the book would have had a faster pace and and stronger characters. Overall, for a debut of a new series, the story gives a little too much background. I am looking forward to the next one in the series and I hope the humor continues. Overall, I really enjoyed it and read it quickly.
