I miss that cute little library -- I used to practically live there in the summer.BookHoundshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10573528141820042964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4581275855741224398.post-5450386637940819712010-09-20T17:18:04.889-07:002010-09-20T17:18:04.889-07:00I have put off reading this one. Seems as though others also think this isn't the best book of the bunch, which is good to know, so I can read it not expecting much (which means I'll probably enjoy it more than if i went into it expecting lots!)Danielle Zappavignahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10493099952285137131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4581275855741224398.post-23019147548349502252010-09-19T18:59:03.814-07:002010-09-19T18:59:03.814-07:00Jean Plaidy (also aka Victoria Holt) is my all tim...Jean Plaidy (also aka Victoria Holt) is my all time favorite historical fiction author. Her books are bit more romance though.

The Red Queen was not my favorite Gregory book, the favorite would have to be The Other Boleyn Girl.

If you are looking for historical facts, try Alison Weir. Her books are very readable for that genre.

Others: Sarah Dunant, Robin Maxwell, Susan Carroll, Carrolly Erickson and those are the ones that come to mind right now.BookHoundshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10573528141820042964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4581275855741224398.post-18675890356165323772010-09-19T18:49:11.567-07:002010-09-19T18:49:11.567-07:00I've been waiting to have someone I follow rev...I've been waiting to have someone I follow review this book. I'm glad you liked it and now I'll have to add it to my TBR list.Jeremyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08469161684802788063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4581275855741224398.post-16957955935735332632010-09-19T18:30:34.189-07:002010-09-19T18:30:34.189-07:00I recently read a historical fiction book and love...I recently read a historical fiction book and loved it.
